Delivery + Assembly
Most items ship via truck-based freight delivery. If you choose only delivery, we cannot accept returns due to assembly errors or handling post delivery.
Delivery per item or package (Zone): $200
We highly recommend In-Place Delivery and Assembly. This services is subject to an additional fee and requires truck-based freight delivery. In Place Delivery and Assembly is a full-service delivery which includes placement in your room of choice, assembly and removal of packing materials by specially trained white-glove professionals at a pre-arranged time. Upon shipment you will be contacted by a team member to schedule a delivery appointment. We do our best to accommodate any and all scheduling requests, however In-Place Delivery and Assembly is dependent on installer availability. Please note that additional charges may occur for missed appointments, weekend or holiday delivery, items that need to be moved up stairs and constrained delivery locations. Delivery does not include wall mounting or connecting electrical components to your facility.
We ship to addresses within the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico; some limitations apply. We cannot ship to hotels, P.O. boxes or APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office) or DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destinations.
Delivery Time: In stock orders ship within 2 business days, others will ship within 14 working days.
In Place Delivery and Assembly Charge per order: $79
Installation and Assembly Charge per item (with In Place Delivery and Assembly): $200
