We are focused on getting you into a comfortable, productive environment. If you by chance do receive a product that is defective and need to place a return please contact us via email, email@example.com or call (720) 378-5664 within 30 days of receiving your delivery. We will happily address the issue.
If there is a defect in manufacturing, we will replace items covered under our Warranty Policy at no cost.
If your product arrives with damage, contact us and we will arrange an exchange or refund. We allow 5 business days from receipt of goods to honor claims of damage, be sure to review your shipment upon receipt.
In the event a return is necessary, they are subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. The customer is responsible for costs of return shipments. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Please make sure packaging is not discarded, even in the case of In-Place Delivery, until you are positive you will be keeping the products.
All Delivery and Installation fees are non-refundable. Credit will only be issued for product returned according to the terms authorized in an approved return goods authorization.
If you want to cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 720.368.5664 (9am-5pm MST, M-F) within 2 hours of placing the order and before 12pm Mountain time. We will issue a full refund if the order is canceled and the product has not yet shipped. If two hours have passed, the order will be processed for shipping and on-time delivery. At that point, it cannot be canceled and will need to go through the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. Shipping costs for returned merchandise will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery of an order, Caribou will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00PM Mountain Time (Noon) MON-FRI will not be processed until the next business day.
